 That's what I say about my boss's R---x.  He took it in for service.  The bracelet was sloppy, the crystal was like looking through privacy glass, and the time was slowing down. 

It had to be sent to the factory for "refurbishing".

Four weeks and $400 dollars later he got it back, new crystal, new Jubilee style bracelet, and the movement was cleaned, adjusted, and lubed.  He was happy...for about a week, when the crystal clouded up with condensation. An issue he didn't have before sending it to the factory.

It has not come back yet, but at least they are making good on it, and there will be NC for the second trip overseas.

He's wearing a $70 dollar Swatch in  the meantime.
