 I believe that Seiko sets the standard for lume (well, except for tritium tubes).  Most will last thru the night with a lite light charge (say that 20X real fast).

I have also had also had good results with Poljot and Trias..............my worst result, strangely, are with Rolex, Breitling and Movado!
