 I got this thing back in late oct and didnt have to go to the chiropractor for 5 months.  This afternoon I had a nasty tension headache.  Took a couple tylenol and it woulnt go away.  Got out the masager and let it work and my headache is gone.  It hurts for the first few minutes when the muscles are really tight then it gets better.  I used to go to the chiropractor every 2 or 3 months.  I highly recommend this thing.
