You need to find a way to sweat, Sauna, jacuzzi, shadow boxing in the mirror of a bathroom while hot shower steam is going on, Drink an electrolyte replacement drink, even gatorade. I drink Cyclomax for this purpose. 100 oz of water a day at 200 lbs or adjust for your weight. Stretch yourself, at least for 30 minutes a day, even Yoga if you can take the pain. sorry to hear this Good Luck Ill let you know about Vegas Soon
