From here on it's diet and exercise to control my trigs and chop. I wish I could work up a sweat but I am hobbleing around here like an 80year old man. I tried taking out a mainshaft out of a tranny but too weak and too much pain In my wrist. Had to go work on something else. This sucks.

Hang in there, Scott.  I think what you said about about using diet & exercise to control those levels is a good idea.  I'm certainly no doctor, but if your cholesterol is down to around 200 now, it sounds like you're probably down low enough to not NEED to take medication. The exercise will have lots of side benefits too.  Now if you could just get over this joint pain situation then you'll at least be able to start doing more exercise.

Some people just have naturally high cholesterol levels, even when they're in great shape. But controlling it thru diet & exercise is well worth trying...
