I always enjoy the ticking of a good hand cranking 6498/6497. One watch with has a very distinctive sound to it is my Dievas Vintage Flieger Time with vintage ETA 2452 with ticks away at a leisurely 18,000bps.:cool: I have found a number of my Miyota movements are very "active" and make quite some noise... which is music to my ears.:D
