Hello, my name is Norm Williams Jr and I've been checking out your site for over a month now and it's about time I introduced myself. I live in Spring Branch, TX (the Hill Country north of San Antonio) I'm a retired USAF Helicopter pilot (I flew H-1's and the MH-53J Pavelow III) see my avatar. I am now a disabled veteran so no more flying for me but that is OK; I think I'll try fishing. As a pilot I relied on my watch for every sortie and I viewed it as a tool to assist me in completing my mission. It had to be accurate and dependable and at that time most of us used a Seiko chronograph pilots watch. All of my watches served me well all over the globe in peace time, combat and at the Officers Club telling war stories. I really enjoy collecting and wearing my watches although my wife has a difficult time understanding why I need more than one! I don't have many watches but I really enjoy owning and wearing them. Here is what is in the hanger at this time: Marathon Hack watch automatic (my issue watch in pilot training 1985 and still with me today) Seiko pilot quartz chronograph black dial Seiko Dive watch automatic yellow dial Tag Heuer 2000 quartz chronograph white dial/blue sub-dials Tag Heuer Aquaracer automatic blue dial (I purchased this in February 2009) Debaufre Ocean 1 automatic red dial (I've had this one for a month now and I'm very impressed with this watch company and I plan on purchasing more watches from them in the future) Debaufre Airforce Orange automatic (I should receive this watch in 2-3 weeks!!!) Thank you for allowing me to become a member of your outstanding watch web site, cheers! Norm
