Ken, I agree with you on the draft to an extent. But, until our govt gets back to a "sane" place, I dont want to give any administration the oppurtunity to abuse how our troops are used. Especially if they were to use them against the citizens of the USA.
I really fear for our country, the day we bailed out the banks and other companies we became a sociaist nation. Look up the definition of socialism if you dont believe me. I fear the majority in govt want to take us even deeper. The Constitution means nothing to them. I have read the Federalist Papers, I know what our Founding Fathers envisioned for this country. This aint it baby.
I am tired of the govt spending us into oblivian. i am tired of the govt. devaluing or dollar. I am tired of govt devalueing what it is to be a citizen by allowing illegals into our country. Let the come in legally like my ancestors did. Legal immigration is one of the main things that made this country great.
This "progressive" movement started way back with Woodrow Wilson, it hasnt happened over night and wont be reversed overnight, if ever.
It was said that if you spoke against the previous administation you were "unpatriotic" Those speaking out against the admin. said it was their patriotic duty TO speak out. I and others want to see the policies and goals of this administration fail. I know myself and others with the same beliefs are called unpatriotic and even worse. So, is it not OUR patriotic duty ALSO to speak out against this admin? I guess not, thats why there are talks of bringing back the fairness doctrine or some form thereof and I am what our Homeland Sec. calls a "Right Wing Extremist".
I dont care about left or right, I just care about whats right and whats wrong. I believe in God, our Country, our Military, and our Constitution.
