this is a sueded sharkskin and unless you want it to take on a whole new finish I would refrain from using a oil based boot polish or cream...any sueded strap should just be sprayed with a waterproofing spray to repel dirt....it will darken a bit but will retain it's suede finish hand6.gif TAZMAN64 wrote: HEY GUYS, i use an exotic leather boot cleaner for mine, you can find it at any good boot store. i have used it on snake skin, elephant, aligator, and lizzard it works great. exotics will tend to dry out and this cleaner is also like a conditioner. give it a try. steve
