Hi Jon, I took your advice, created an email string to establish rapport, placed my order, used my credit card and boom...it went well. The next day, however, chronograph.com got back to me to inform me that my address details conflicted (which is strange). I had to scan my passport over to them to establish my identity. Guess what? In the afternoon of the very next day, the blue Seiko Sumo was delivered to my sister's address in Singapore. It was personally delivered by a guy named Mr. Lee WW, a middle aged gentleman dressed in an immaculate white shirt with a Rolex logo. He must have been the owner or managing director. man, talk about customer service, huh? Chronograph.com is way UP there. Will be dropping by Singapore towards the end of July to get that Sumo. Thanks again for your tip, Jon. They are really good.
