I have been kicking this idea around for a little while now, so I finally pulled the trigger and had Jack at IWW re-lume my Ocean7 LM-3 with C3 lume. Before this it had a white lume which did not last long and was not very strong. Current LM-3's already have C3 lume, but since my is older it did not have this upgrade. He relumed the dial, hands and also the bezel triangle which I believe is not C3 even on current models (still have the white lume). I got an extra bonus when I opened the package up... originally my watch had skeleton hands and I have always wanted the solid hands since they would glow better at night. I never wanted to spend the money on a new set of hands so I never made this change. Well when I opened up my watch, I had solid hands yourock.gif. I emailed Jacked to ask him if he put new hands on the watch and he said "no I just filled the openings on your hands with lume. So that was a great suprise. I also bought a set of orange and black Ocean7 Sport Straps a while back and have never tried them on the watch, so I also included the orange strap in the photos. The orange strap really brings out the blue dial. Here are the results (sorry about the lint on some of the photos): ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
