I have animated the GMT on Benarus.com so you can see the different finishes with the dials in action. If my "Flash ActionScript" is correct everyone who views the animation will see their local time as usual, but the GMT will also track your local time on the 24 hour dial. It works for me, so I think it will work for all of you as long as your clock on your computer works.
