 Some quartz movements do have a power save feature, in which case you would want to pull the crown out if not using for long periods, but it varies by movement.  If you figure out which movement it is, you can check Ronda's site - they have very good info on each movement available, and would explain whether it has the corwn-out power save feature or not.
