Those tiny threads, especially cut into stainless, are delicate. Anything that more rigid than about a Delrin plastic will probably knock the edge off them if you're not careful. Cleaning buggered threads of that size without a blind tap and a lathe is near impossible. Treat with kid gloves! (and toothpicks)
