it is not hard, but it is all about the right tools and patience. I am not a watchmaker, but I have learned to switch the bezels without scratching anything with a simple watchmaker's knife. I think we need to start a new thread on this and I will ask Oscar for input as well, I will take photos of how I do it, but like I said, I am not a pro.
