I'm not surprised either. Also had an issue with a strap on the SD. Sent one email to Ralf which forwarded the email to Steve and within 10 min. everything was arranged to my entire satisfaction. So it's GOLD to be able to deal with people like Ralf and Steve. They really push their CS to the next level.
