Since posting my original question I've been setting, winding & wearing and have found that I actually enjoy the daily routine I have a perpetual calendar eco-drive that hasn't lost a millisecond in 4 years that I use as my 'master' and I set my watch-of-the-day to that one. Skip, is it important to wind them once a week or so? Is it bad for them to remain motionless for prolonged periods of time?
