 If you are ok with a 4 watch winder, Brookstone makes one that is very nice quality. It isn't on par with the $1000 winders of course, but I think the quality is nice.

Mine is very quiet and to this point (about 6 months) has had no issues. Each winder is separately controlled, with CCW, CW and both direction settings, and about 20 different TPD settings.

Good winder for the money. I found mine used on craigslist for about $100 too. It works well for the money in my opinion.
