Ok so I am not Cambodian per se. I am an Australian permanently based in Cambodia ! I stumbled upon TTT the other day and this site has really REALLY opened up my eyes to the world of watches beyond the usual. I have always loved a good watch and currently own two Seikos - an auto DIVER 200 and a DAYTONA CHRONO. I am currently looking to reward myself and my requirements are these ;   a) Size ; I like to know I am wearing a watch and I like to feel it and be able to read it. Anything over 45mm diameter - pref to 50mm ++ b) Durability - I slam my watches daily. c) Cost - Sub US$500   So far I have cottoned on to the following watches and they are all very new to me both in brand and in style as I have traditionally been a chrono guy. ;   1. Casio Protrek PRG-80YT  ; I started looking at G Shocks on eBay a little while ago and then met a guy here in Cambodia that had just bought one of these. This is a very large watch and has a compass, altimeter and barometer which are all very handy here. I think the large digital numbers and light will be good for my eyes and by all accounts a very tough watch. Price is great too. I also like the Casio G Shock GW6900-1 but I don't really need multiple timers or world time zones. 2. Seiko SKZ255 ; One hell of a nice looking watch !! Has the size I want and price point is great BUT just a basic watch - albeit NICE ! I really like the look of these with a NATO strap too.... 3. Seiko SNZE91-J1. I saw a chap on a watch site who has one with a sanded Jeanna strap and it looks awesome for $120 or so ! 4. MYM Blackhawk Special Ops watch ; Not a big Jack Bauer fan but these are very nice if not a bit pricey.   Just wondering what you think about these or have I missed some other watches ?   I want to create something special and TTT site has really opened my eyes.........

Thankyou very much

Justin

ps; In an $$ideal$$ world I would buy a PANERAI fer sure.
