 Welcome to 3T! And good luck with the search, I love looking around for a new watch! I like the frankmonster with blue dial that Bigrustypig posted. Sorry I don't know any if the watches you wrote about by name, do you have stock pics of them? Have you checked Orient watches? They have some nice and affordable watches.
You could also look at a used Benarus Sea Devil, it is pretty substantial on the wrist, is well built and fits your budget.
