Got today my new Airboss Mach IV. The watch is in like new condition, and was shipped with original box, manual, warranty card and even face and back protectors. Leather strap is new as well. Thanks Hucky, watch is as you described: as good as it gets. One of the things that makes this watch even more attractive to me is that, as per what I have researched, it comes with a Unitas 6498-2 movement. The 6498-2 has a 56 hour reserve, 21,600 BPH, and is available only in Top and COSC grades. The only difference between the Top and the COSC is that the latter is adjusted in two additional positions and has a serial stamped number. The rest of the components are the same (Glucydur balance wheel, Anachron hairspring, Incablock shock absorber, the whole nine yards...). So this baby becomes the best movement in my collection! I am timing it now, but do not expect any surprises other than becoming the best mechanical timekeeper I have. ![]()
