I am new to TimeTechTalk and I love this forum. It's clean, maintained, and easy to navigate. I know there is a Boschett forum but I chose to post my review here for those who have not considered the Reef Ranger and may want to broaden their horizon.
Like many other watches the Boschett Reef Ranger has its critics. Those critics nearly deterred me, but boy am I happy that I purchased this jewel.
The simple and masculant design are qualities that make this a good watch for any occasion. One feature that I appreciate is the bezel. The bezel is reminiscent of coral and a detail that makes this watch "pop" on a leather band.
The electric green accents and mixture of brushed steel and high polish are elaborate adding just a pinch of youth to a classic/versatile design.
Like Tom Cruise was struck by Kelly Mcgillis, I am smitten with this watch.
The case is heavy, the movement (Top Grade ETA 2824) is sound, and the lume is very adequate.
Your world may stop when see her face light up...
One last note, this watch has terrific wrist presence. I honestly believe that this watch can look terrific on any wrist big or small. It's 42mm but both dial and bezel size add an entirely new dimension to it.
Another great aspect of this watch may not be found in or on the watch. I'm speaking of Keith, Boschett Timepiece's CEO, he is a terrific guy and someone who takes pride in his work. I had a bad transaction with a different company whose watches are extremely popular on this forum. Keith was a breath of fresh air. I asked him a hundred questions regarding this watch and his company. He was straight forward, honest, and patient. He never evaded questions and he was always quick to respond.
