Do not know why they do a watch with 23mm lugs, though...

Have had it in my wrist the whole day today and it is by far the most comfortable watch I have, even considering it is is 45mm w/o crowns, and 55 mm lug to lug. I can barely feel it. The Italian leather strap is really superb. Do not know why they do a watch with 23mm lugs, though...
