 Today I participated in the 31st Annual Tulsa Run. It was the first time I had ever run a 15K(9.3 miles) and it was also the first time I had ever run that length of distance(Previous max distance was 7 miles).  I'm proud to say that my computer chip recorded run time was 1hr 34min 28sec. That gave me a 10min 11sec mile pace and I couldn't be more pleased with my performance. I'm looking forward to running it again next year as a fun time was had by all.
