Schaumburg watches are made in a small town in Germany known for excellent scenery, the Schaumburg Watch Co, and good vineyards, too.
3 things I like about your watch: 1) the bezel is really a neat design and so direct-to-the point useful 2) the dial is a no-nonsense dial too and the big numerals will really help in the dark 3) and this I like best: the crown, it's protection device and the way you said it could be locked.
