I have just shy of 3 acres but it's pretty steep on the side of the mountain, more buffer than anything.

Western NC, 15 miles from the TN border and about 35 miles west of Asheville in the mountains, about 3900 feet, no lake or river on my property but plenty of good fishing around here from what I've been told, not into fishing. I have just shy of 3 acres but it's pretty steep on the side of the mountain, more buffer than anything.
