Hey Will for sure it is based on one of the eta 289x series of movements...an easy way to tell these movements from other eta is if you look closely in the center of the rotor you will see 3 dimples/indentations...this signifies eta 289x moevents...I believe this Perrelet is based on the eta 2892A2...and yes the vid is very cool...Man I love this watch!hand6.gif Wardog if you check out the video I think the rotors are connected but I would like to know for sure....so it's time to do some research....I have seen the under $1000. models in particular the power reserve model and they are very impressive...hand6.gif http://ablogtoread.com/perrelet/perrelet-double-rotor-turbine-watch-video/
