 Neat inexpensive model there. Likely a citizen movement module, as here in Japan radio control watches are everywhere including wall clock versions...amazing the prices the USA can sell them for!
Not sure what the 2 pushers are for but possibly for resetting watch time to atomic time? Let's say your battery is changed...you would push one button to activate atomic signal.?? I had the Casio G Shock Atomic time model. And at certain times of the nite, the watch would synch with the atomic signal in southern Japan.goofy
