So while Xmas shopping yesterday I ended up at a fabric store and bought some leather. I know this is completely Amateurish at BEST. I know it looks scrubby, but I did this while watching survivor last night. (i know) so the only time and effort put into it is about 3 hours and 5 bucks. My question is this to strapmakers, should I ever attempt another one, how do I stiffen up the leather, and also where would I get better leather at? and finally. Whats the best way to sew it? And trust me, other than this forum, no one in public would ever see this attempt.
