Congrats Tony...Lior will remedy the Situation
I have mentioned before that any SWI product purchased at Slop can be handled directly by Lior with Great Satisfaction ...I had a Similar Deal over a Xemex I Bought a few Years ago that was replaced by SWI Overnight and I Bypassed Slop completely! as well as a Slop CS problem with a JLM that Lior Handled Personally...Including a Pleasant Phone Call from Him...Very Personable and Down to earth :)...I Agree Lior is the Best..the Same goes for DavidM and Croton,Wieng and Android...They Stand behind What they Sell and there is No Need to be Hassled by the Slop Slap :P My Understanding is that Lior Plans on Bypassing Slop and will Start Drop Shipping All His Products Sold at Slop to Avoid these CS/QC Problems in the Future...Big Kudos to Lior...Good to Hear Something Good T 
I posted the other day about the DOA Vostok from Slop. Was already to send it back, when Eric (thank you) reminded me that this was a SWI brand.
After 2 e-mails and phone calls with ivonne, she sent me..via e-mail a prepaid UPS pick-up label to send the watch back for repair. This in less than 48 hours.
I am confident that SWI will either repair the watch properly or send me a replacement. Lior is a stand up guy IMHO.
I will keep you posted.:)
