Was already to send it back, when Eric (thank you) reminded me that this was a SWI brand.
After 2 e-mails and phone calls with ivonne, she sent me..via e-mail a prepaid UPS pick-up label to send the watch back for repair. This in less than 48 hours.
I am confident that SWI will either repair the watch properly or send me a replacement. Lior is a stand up guy IMHO.
I will keep you posted.:)
