Chris, take it from me....in a couple of months, from daily or regular wear, that case patina will change to a nicer luster. I can't describe it but you'll discover it for yourself. The case will look better with more use, more sweat drops and daily gunk.
Very cool Jeff...one thing that I became keenly aware of when getting this one in my hand was the amazing case finishing on these Anonimos (even for this entry level piece) - not just the variation of multiple finished used on the case which is way cool, but the final workmanship on the case really stands out. I understand that all these cases are cnc machined from a solid billet of material, and then handfinished to the final product and it shows!
I'm very much enjoying the simple, understated, design of this one.
