I like also those Zulu straps! I avoid those Zulu/Nato "double strap" version usualy because there's not enough place between the 2 rings for some of my big watches: Those rings are coming to close the lugs(those like your black&grey straps on pic). So the simple Zulu strap is the best for me and got a cleaner look: Like the red ones of your pics. Anyway, I prefer Zulu or Rhino because all parts are in real stainless steel! On classical Natos, many buckles are no more than usual steel who is chromium plated...My skin eats the plating and I got some skin rashes after. I didn't expect this trouble as at first I thought that they was made of stainless steel but is seems that the "cheap way" is still too much around. Now my straps are still good but I can't wear them. Note: I didn't buy those straps from flimsy-straps Asian sellers but rather from a US seller claiming that they was real UK-made straps and that's why I was expecting stainless steel on the buckle and loops. Now, I'm done with those...blah.gif Last edited on Mon May 24th, 2010 04:16 am by Hammerfjord |
