Thanks. That's a good deal. I guess they do it so they can keep trying to sell you a new watch! What's the tool called and where would I get one? Maybe eBay, but I don't know what to search for. Or is there a way to get the back off without the tool? Since it's only a $50 watch and no one will ever see the back, I don't care if I scratch it a little. Peter
