Invicta will probably contact DD and come to some sort of "financial understanding" and then a statement will come out sort of to the effect - "the movements are genuine, but were obtained from different than normal channels and this caused some of the initial confusion" and then to pacify DD they statement will of course absolve the movement saying something like "the problem is not with the movement, but another technical issue..."
any statements or assertions that were made by the Slop posse will conveniently be ignored and deleted like they never existed and everyone will move on their merry way and be free to sell Swiss watches (South West Indochina Sweat Shop)

You may be right, but there could be more serious issues..if the watches were Swiss Made according to your definition (BTW, that is hilarious, I'm sure EL had that in mind all the time) then Inslicta has some serious problems with US Customs...the watches dto say Swiss Made on the dial, and the fact that it is all over the internet I don't think they can sweepit under the rug, they may try, but they probably will not get away with it.

There is actually a form on the US Customs website that allows you to electronically submit info on a company and product that you think may have violated US import laws.
