The 307 and the 193 (the non-Mike Horn Panaea version) are not classified as watches per se by Panerai but as professional diving instruments hence their different depth ratings.
I got to try on a 193 a couple of years ago. The 47mm wears very nicely because of the titanium construction. It would be a real beast if it was in SS.
