Awesome wrist presence, it is a fairly large watch in diameter and lug to lug but no too thick. I have a 7"+ wrist, not quite 7 1/4 though.... It works well but I would not go bigger. Watch is a keeper! beautoful, great straps, and keeps COSC time for me!and the lume is out of control! I can't stop staring at the watch at night
