Condition 93+%, one very small mark on plating where clasp flip lock contacts bracelet.
(All white marks on pictures are lint)
1-24 hour marking ring inside dial is free to turn. I didnt even notice this for several weeks after I bought the watch. Much less noticeable than in the pictures. If you are as anal as I am I am sure that this is an easy fix for any watchmaker.
