A little silicone spray would help. Or a little precision mechanics oil. I sometimes take this oil for oiling the crown.

My monster bezels are very smooth in operation too. Even after several years of use. A little silicone spray would help. Or a little precision mechanics oil. I sometimes take this oil for oiling the crown.
