No ETA movement is from China period unless it is a copy. The Nickle movement has parts from China, and is the lowest line of movements. The marine diver has the Gold ETA movement and I think the case and dial are made in China as are the bracelet or strap and clasp. I personaly have not asked Ron just a guess. I find it to be a well manufactured watch, but I only have one. Here is a list of ETA manufacturing sites.
