Dion immediately responded and offered up the following: I chose #2 Oh no. I am sorry about this. Options: 1. You can send it back and I will fix and reimburse any shipping costs. 2. You can get it fixed by a local watch repair person (it is a simple job to fix) and I will reimburse and send an extra leather strap for your inconvenience. 3. You can send back and I will give you a full refund plus shipping costs for sending it back. Again, I am sorry. Cheers, Dion I have a very good watch repair guy so I chose to have it fixed here vrs mailing back and forth to NZ again. All will be fine, the watch is really nice just one hand short. :)
