Generally, if the sender paid for insurance, the receiver has to sign for the package.
Also, if the person is not at home to sign for the package the post person will leave a pickup slip at the residence. Then you need to go to your post office to pick it up.
Ordered three watches in the past, received them in three days. Strange I get packages from Singapore or Japan quicker than within the US.
