Thanks everyone for the advice on the crown and crown stem problem. I sent the guy a message asking for pictures of the crown and watch, as well as a scanned copy of the receipt from the watchmaker. Also asked him to describe the packaging of the watch in detail, so that I'd know he actually had it. This was all yesterday afternoon around 2:00pm or so, since then no reply from the guy. He is in Singapore, I am in Seoul, one hour difference I believe. If there is no reply by I'd say today or tomorrow, then I am assuming this is how this guy tries to make a quick 50 bucks.
