But, if you offer to refund the person's money after you get the watch back, that should help diffuse the person's fears. If he/she says no, I want $50! Then I would be suspicious.

I also agree. But just as a note....don't be too reliant on tracking info. Sometimes it may be erroneous. McWright's (Mike's) suggestion is perfect.
