protocol in a situation like this is always the same for any honest WIS....e-mail him that a full refund will be made once you receive the watch back..it's not worth getting all stressed over especially since the watch involved could have easily had the crown/stem pulled out...he may have been a bit more forceful on pulling it out in order for it to release but it's a Seagull and could have easily happened...chalk it up as a WIS lesson learned my friend...
