hang in their Sean...you're not the 1st who has been in this situation and you won't be the last...how you are handling the matter speaks volumes imo...I don't understand how anyone could be upset for you being upfront and truthful,especially by those who were not even on the pre-order ..as you said"damned if you do damned if you don't".
...the offer of adding another watch to those who did pre-order for $150. speaks volumes as far as commitment and customer service...way beyond what anyone else would do imho...it also tells me you may not even break even when the final product is finished and delivered and that is something WIS rarely, if ever see...TY!
