There were some at TJ's a while back that many bought at various low prices...I have never seen a Diver style though...do you have a pic?...Daniel Mink at one time made some nice high end Watches and sold out to two guys who actually ran the Company for many years an few years ago...as far as if they still own D.Mink I don't know but I do know Daniel Minchowitz...aka Daniel Mink of Renato.has nothing to do with them so that's a Big Plus :P....Daniel Mink also had a few deco models with Locman in the mid 80's...I am not sure if the senior Daniel Mink is still alive?...his wife Rena is married to Philip Stein...of the Philip Stein "Teslar" Watch fame with the magnets in the caseback!...who btw shares his office of business and same phone # with none other than Danny Minchowicz of Renato where Rena and Stein are Executives in Renato as well....so with all that said Ken it is a good guess you are either looking at a Original D.Mink or one made after his selling....either one being more than likely a Great Watchhand6.gif..I know Edgel picked up a nice Cushion case and so did Glen...they may have some input as to accuracy ...F/F...etc....Sounds Good though Ken....Good Luck...especially if it is another "Steal" you Lucky son of a Gun!!!yossam1.gif
I have my eye on a big, chunky diver, automatic, blue dial, knurled crown but have no idea as to their quality and/or value. Any help/comments would be a appreciated!
