Nope, Haven't thought about it Lance BUTTTTT I have thought about buying back the same model watch after I sold it. It seems to be true that "you don't know what you have till it's gone" really lives up to its meaning. As for backups, I prefer many models and haven't seen a model that I care about so much that I need a backup....but you never know.
