I don't consider owning the same model watch but with a different color dial or in 2 tone owning the "same" watch.
I have bought the identical watch in doubles more than a few times speculating that it would sell out quickly and could be used to feather a deal on another watch or to sell outright to fund something else down the road and still knowing I have one NIB....no sellers remorse.

... look at the Benarus forum right now and see WIS reserving as many as 3 Megalodon III's that were just released and all 150 are gone in less than 48 hrs.
