 The only point of using titanium would be its light weight. 

Every time I show a friend, male or female, one of my dive watches the first thing out of their mouth is, wow that's heavy.  It's just a matter of sizing down a great selling and designed watch to a much smaller market. 

The current models easily serve those who like larger watches.  If you are not in that category you have little to no selection.  Of course it's all about making money and selling out, but before one would even get to that point it's best to determine the market desire.
