Every time I show a friend, male or female, one of my dive watches the first thing out of their mouth is, wow that's heavy.
I have heard this too, but then I notice they are wearing a plastic watch.
My one friend who said this is an Oil Exec and he was wearing a Longiness. His Japanese/Argentinian wife had a ladies Rolex (she's tiny). Money is not much of an issue for them. They both loved the watch, but said no just because of weight.
These guys weren't the only one's but they came to mind first.
